Clinical legal workshop in Koysanjaq.

Aran Organization has organized  a clinical legal workshop in Koysanjaq which participated in it Eight victims of political parties interferon’s, the event was admired by lawyer Sami Sati.

On Sep 17 2020 Aran Organization Has organized a workshop in Koy sanjaq at Maly Roshnbirany Koya for eight of victims of intervention into government issues by political parties especially  into job opportunities. Duo to that intervention thousands of youths couldn’t find jobs because of  having second job by political parties members who are working as State employees in a hand and in the other hand they are working at private sector companies.

More of State employees are working by supporting of political parties, they are member or near of members of political parties, that led to deprive thousands of youth people of job opportunity.

Under to Iraq State Employees law the State employees haven’t right second work, but here in Kurdistan Region, the political parties are working against that law and they are encourage their members who are working as State employees to having second work,

What we doing?

The clinical legal of Aran Organization is supporting by National Endowment for Democracy (NED) we are working in three areas including Chamchamal, Helebje and Koysanjaq, We are implementing activities of clinical legal in those three areas, Clinical Legal activities contain workshops and register the judicial complaint in front general attorney.

In workshops the Aran’s attorney is explaining terms of State employees law of Iraq which prevent having second work by State employees and this law supports unemployed youths, the second step of the Clinical Legal’s activities is register the judicial compliant in front general attorney in each of above cities and flowing up it by the attorney.
