Registering a judicial compliant by Attorney General in Suleymanyah

 

As Aran organization with support  from the National Endowment for Democracy we registered a judicial compliant by the General Attorney in Sleymanyah province because to having second work by state employees.

On Jan 19 2021 Aran Organization For Development Civil of Culture visited the General Attorney of Suleymanyah and registered a judicial compliant. “because of  having second work by state employees there thousands of unemployed gradated couldn’t get job opportunity ” Mr. Sami Sati Attorney of Aran Organization said.

During visiting the General Attorney Aran Organization submitted a petition and asked him to prevent having second work by stat employees who at same time are working in public sector and private sector to, so that caused to depravation thousands of gradates of job opportunity.

“As first step we registered a judicial compliant and we are waiting the General Attorney response” Sami Sati added. Aran organization’s Attorney said to:” the second and third steps are vesting home state and Parliament of Kurdistan and we are flowing our goal until end.

Depend informal data across the Kurdistan Region more than of  70.000 of state employees are working at both of public and private sectors at same time,  that lead to rise unemployed people rate.
