President of Sulaymaniyah provincial Council vested Aran Organization

On Dec 8 2021 Mr. Azad M. Ameen President of Sulaymaniyah Provincial Council visited Aran Organization and met its staff. The overall goal of Mr. Ameen’s visit is talking about politic parties intervention into government issues epically transforming notary department works to private sector.

Due to transforming notary department works( petition writing)  to private sector many of petition writers lose their works. The Minster of Judicial by the illegal diction decided transferring petition writing at notary departments in Kurdistan Region to private sector companies, this diction is illegal because its agents the notaries’ law (Law No32 – 1998).

Within his visit to Aran Organization president of Suleymaniyah Provincial Council met with number of people whom loss their works due to that transforming  and promised to addressing the problem.

Aran Organization implemented a project under name Clinical Legal, clinical legal project contained of couple activities workshops, seminars, visiting general attorney, registering judicial compliant and making media campaign, National Endowment For Democracy supports this project, the project is aiming return victim of political parties rights.
