On May 28, 2020, Aran Organization announced the reactivation of its three voluntary groups in Chamchamal, Koya, and Halabja to prepare for the new phase of its project activities.
On September 18, 2019, Aran Organization successfully conducted its fifth conference, supported by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). The conference took place at Syachamana Hall in Halabja, focusing on efforts to amend political party laws to prevent interference in government affairs by political parties.
In a bid to tackle the growing issue of school dropouts, Aran Organization has formed a voluntary group in Chamchamal. The initiative was launched with the collaboration of activists, teachers, social workers, and school supervisors, aiming to address and prevent the phenomenon of students dropping out of school in the region.
On June 12, 2018, Mr. Aso M. Mustafa, representing Aran Organization, participated in a significant meeting hosted at the Democracy Human Rights Development Center (DHRD) in Sulaymaniyah.
